Christian has over 20 years of experience in resolving complex and high-value commercial disputes, both before state courts and arbitral tribunals. He specializes in contractual litigation, including disputes related to M&A transactions, financial disputes, claims for damages, as well as cases of unfair competition, insurance claims, damages arising from infringements of competition law, and all types of commercial agreements, particularly in distribution and agency.

Additionally, Christian regularly advises on business risk mitigation, contract drafting, and cross-border or multi-jurisdictional legal matters. Throughout his career, he has advised and defended major international companies across various sectors, including financial products, life sciences, technology, real estate, consumer goods, and automotive.

Prior to joining SLJ, Christian was a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at RSM Spain, which he joined after spending most of his professional career in the Dispute Resolution Department at Freshfields in Spain.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the Spanish Arbitration Club, the Spanish Business Litigation Club, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers® for several years as an outstanding lawyer in Litigation.
