In his last firm, LEAN, he was acting as the head of the Litigation Department, due to his specialization in judicial litigation, acting at Judicial Courts in all types of legal proceedings, specially in civil, commercial and banking procedures. Likewise, he has carried out the legal direction of criminal proceedings and administrative litigation. He also has experience in the field of legal consulting to companies, especially in contractual matters, data protection and intellectual and industrial property.
